When you are a growing business, quite often the finance department is managed by one person or by a very small team. They may not have the experience of managing finances for a larger organisation. I can provide support in the form of coaching or mentoring for your finance team members. Supporting them with specific projects, helping them to navigate the complexities of financial management for a growing organisation.
I offer both coaching and mentoring for finance staff. Coaching is usually more short term resolving a specific issue or providing support through a particular project. Mentoring is usually longer term providing guidance, career development and support to navigate complex strategic decisions. Both provide a confidential and safe space to discuss challenges and develop leadership skills and help to boost confidence.
