The process for transferring your current finance system across to Xero is straightforward.

Firstly, we would select a mutually convenient transfer date, usually timed to fall on a month, quarter or year end. Secondly, then I'd review the financial data including accounts receivable and accounts payable and clean balances and contacts. I'd ensure all the bank accounts are fully reconciled and up to date. I would utilise a third party migration service to handle the technical aspects of the data transfer and maintain historical data integrity and provide data verification. Normally migrations can be completed within a few days.
