Management Accounts

Monthly or quarterly management accounts packs can be produced. These would be bespoke to your requirements but typically would include profit and loss accounts or income and expenditure accounts; balance sheet; cash flow forecasts; budget variance reports and narratives to aid understanding.

There isn't a standard format to the management accounts packs that I produce. They are tailored to your organisation and to what you and your Board or management team considers important. You can also include key performance indicators or sales performance or project-specific information. They can also track things like debtors, creditors and fixed assets. I can also provide statutory audit packs for liaison with your accountant.
