Budgeting & Forecasting

Working with you and/or your management team, I can assist with the budget setting process and any quarterly reforecasts.  Xero helps the process by providing tools to create, manage and analyse financial plans in real-time.  The software allows for easy comparison of planned vs actual spending and income, helping you monitor the financial health of your organisation and make better informed decisions.

Xero allows users to create new budgets using the budget manager, and can be imported from a spreadsheet or entered manually.  The budget variance reports show the difference between what was budgeted and what was actually spent, using colour-coding to make variances easy to spot. You can create separate budgets for different departments and customise reports to show longer time periods, such as a full 12 month comparison.
